International Community Services

International Community Services (ICS) is a non-profit organization incorporated in the United States of America in the 1990's with the express intention of developing countries through people to people contacts. First registered in America, and now active in the Republic of Yemen since 1999, our intention is to have people intensive projects that meet community needs while assisting developing countries around the world. Currently our staff come from all over the world to work alongside Yemenis, Yemeni non-governmental organizations and other INGO's in providing various types of training and other projects for nationals. International staff of ICS Yemen are not only professionally qualified in a variety of fields, but are also able to communicate in Arabic and with an understanding of the local cultures.



		Our passion is to partner in development with the local people. We believe that together we can build a better world and that working through local communities and empowering them to meet the challenges of bettering their communities is essential in the well being and management of their own lives. We believe in coordinating resources from outside of he country to join those local resources to further the betterment and well being of local communities. The purpose of International Community Services is to promote community development and assist with developmental aid for communities where appropriate. We partner with local and/or international non-government organizations and local government agencies. All of the project activities of ICS are conducted and all assistance is made available regardless of race, creed or political ideology
